Company History:

Keenan Boyle and Dave Brown founded Columbia Commercial Properties, LLC in May of 1997. Both were former employees of Ted Durant & Associates from 1992 to 1997. The focus of the company is to add value to our clients’ properties through professional management, leasing and sales brokerage.

Columbia Commercial Properties, LLC focuses it’s resources to those projects where we can add value through professional sales, leasing and property management. Though every project may not provide the opportunity or warrant us to lease and manage the asset, we believe that we can best add value to a property by structuring intelligent lease transactions and ensure that leases are administered  properly through sound professional property management practices.
