Company History
Keenan Boyle and Dave Brown founded the company in May of 1997. Both were formerly employees of Ted Durant & Associates, from 1992 to 1997. The focus of the company is to add value to our clients’ properties through professional management, leasing and sales brokerage. Keenan’s experience over the past ten years in the commercial real estate business has focused primarily on retail and office property management, sales and leasing. Dave’s ten years of experience has been concentrated on industrial sales, leasing and property management. These sets of skills compliment each other and provide our clients with a resource and prospective from two different points of view. Columbia Commercial Properties, LLC focuses its resources to those projects where we can add value through professional sales, leasing and property management. Though every project may not provide the opportunity or warrant Columbia Commercial Properties, LLC to lease and manage the asset, we believe that we can best add value to a property by structuring intelligent lease transactions and ensure that leases are administered properly through sound professional property management practices.
