David Brown Dave Brown started his real estate career in 1987 at Coldwell Banker (now C.B. Commercial) in San Francisco, California. As an industrial specialist, he spent four years leasing and selling industrial properties in San Francisco and south San Francisco. In 1991 he moved back to Oregon with C.B. Commercial where he and his wife are alumni at Lewis & Clark College. Dave focused his efforts in the N.E. Portland and Vancouver, Washington markets. Since 1991 he has leased an average of 300,000 sq. ft. per year, and has represented seven new business parks to the market in Vancouver with a combined square footage of over 900,000 sq. ft. He continues to work closely with property owners and developers in the design review process to insure a proposed development focuses on target markets the location will serve. Dave founded Columbia Commercial Properties, LLC in May of 1997 with partner Keenan Boyle. He is a broker in both Oregon and Washington and is a contributing member of the Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) member. |
