Dee
Foertsch Dee is a licensed agent with over 20 years experience
in all aspects of real estate. Before
joining the staff of Columbia Commercial Properties, LLC in early 1999, she worked for 15 years with a
leading national bank. Her
experience in the financial industry included appraisal, lending and
working with distressed/foreclosed and environmentally contaminated
properties. During her
10-year position as facilities manager for the bank, she was responsible
for leasing, maintenance and construction projects for 1.5 million square
feet of bank owned/leased office space throughout Oregon and Southwest
Washington. After leaving the bank, Dee turned her attention to
managing multi-family and residential properties with an emphasis on
accounting and financial planning. |
